Land Securities has secured fashion brands New Look and JD Sports to take new space at The Peel Centre in Bracknell.
New Look will take up 8,000 sq ft and JD Sports 4,200 sq ft. The sports clothing company will be a new brand for Bracknell and both shops are due to open in the autumn.
The deals will see 12,200 sq ft of space added to the existing 153,250 sq ft open A1 retail park.
Nick Duffield, LandSec portfolio director for The Peel Centre, said: “These two new lettings are a continuation of our regeneration of what was an original 1980s retail park and will create modern units that appeal to retailers.”
