Tchenguiz Family Trust and Vincos have filed for a judicial review into the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) raids in March.
They claim that the searches were unlawful and the search warrant should be quashed.
Neither Vincent Tchenguiz’s spokesman nor the SFO would comment. Vincent and his brother Robert were arrested in March during Mipim as part of the probe into Icelandic bank Kaupthing but they were released without charge and deny wrongdoing.
