Formal Investments unveils Cheltenham scheme

A major proposal for a £10m office development in Cheltenham has been unveiled.

Developer Formal Investments is proposing a 75,000 sq ft mixed-use development called Honeybourne Place on the Jessop Avenue site, currently used as a private car park.

A detailed planning application has been made to Cheltenham council for the six-storey development of mainly B1 office space with A2 and A3 retail at ground floor. The top floor will house seven penthouse flats.

Formal Investments previously developed the adjacent Festival House business centre.
