Peveril Securities, Real Estate Development Partnerships and RED Property Services have secured M&S Simply Food as the retail anchor for their 140,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme at Howard Town Mill in Glossop, Derbyshire.
M&S will occupy a 20,000 sq ft store. Consent has already been granted for a 63-bedroom hotel, and lettings have been secured with pub group Wetherspoon and takeaway chain Domino’s Pizza.
Completion is scheduled for April 2012.
