Crest Nicholson unveils Bath housing plans

The first images of Crest Nicholson’ss housing development in Bath have been released.

The Holder Mathias-designed scheme will provide more than 300 homes in the city’s Western Riverside area.

The first phase (pictured) will comprise 59 homes, made up of 11 three and four-storey traditional townhouses for private sale and six mews houses, along with 42 one- and two-bedroom flats for Somer Housing Association.

The development has received an £8m investment through the government-backed Homes and Communities Agency, as well as a further £2.7m from Bath and North East Somerset council.

Holder Mathias is currently working on construction drawings for the next phase of the project, which will consist of a further 240 flats, both for Somer and private sale, with work due to start on these later this year.
