Standard Life has let the last floor at its 12 Charles II Street development in St James’s, SW1.
Private equity firm Arle Capital Partners has taken the 7,917 sq ft third floor, paying £75 per sq ft with a lease break at year five. Quoting rents in the 52,000 sq ft building were £65 per sq ft.
