Grosvenor has agreed a new office letting at Liverpool ONE’s Stanley Building.
Scientiam, a training provider to businesses, organisations and people across the North West, has signed a five-year lease for 4,100 sq ft on the second floor of the building.
Recently, Community Foundation for Merseyside moved into its offices on the third floor.
Specialist business and language training company Globus International Business and Language Academy signed a five-year lease for the 2,200 sq ft third floor space in Compton House, another recently redeveloped office building on School Lane.
