Meyer Bergman has let 20,000 sq ft to Next at The Exchange shopping centre in Ilford, Essex.
The store, which will be created out of five shops on the first floor and part of the food court area on the second floor, will be occupied by a full range Next store.
Meyer Bergman is also making further reconfigurations to the centre, as well as carrying out a major rebranding exercise, all of which are expected to be completed by the end of the year.
The Exchange, which Meyer Bergman acquired in June 2010, comprises 270,000 sq ft and more than 90 retail shops. Major tenants include TKMaxx, New Look, Debenhams and WHSmith.
