Marex Financial has taken a sub-lease on the fifth floor of 155 Bishopsgate, EC2, from JP Morgan Energy Trading Holdings.
The international broker of commodity derivatives, financial futures and foreign exchange is paying £45 per sq ft for the 37,750 sq ft floor on a lease that expires in 2019.
