Private investor syndicate Hotbed has agreed to forward purchase a Premier Inn in Camberley, Surrey, at a net initial yield of 6.18%.
The company has invested £3.4m of equity, alongside £3.3m of debt from Santander, to secure the deal. The hotel is leased to Premier Inn Hotels for 25 years with upward-only, five-year CPI-linked rent reviews.
Hotbed is also forward-funding the Travelodge at the Stratford Olympic Park, and has acquired the Sheffield Park Hotel in partnership with hotel operator Longrose Buccleuch.
