Rob Lloyd’s Cheshire-based property company, Eatonfield Developments Limited, has gone into liquidation.
Zolfo Cooper LLP has been appointed as liquidator to the firm, in which most of the Eatonfield Group’s property assets are held and are subject to bank loans from various senior lenders.
In a stock market statement, the group said: “The board is in discussions to establish whether Eatonfield can assist certain of the lenders in realising the value of their security.”
Lloyd founded the Eatonfield Group in 1998. In 2009, he starred in Channel Four’s The Secret Millionaire, going undercover in Belfast’s protestant Shankhill Road area.
In February this year, the group released a stock market update in which it said it was continuing to defer payments to senior lenders and trade creditors.
