Town Centre Securities has started work on the refurbishment of its 1m sq ft Merrion Shopping Centre in Leeds city centre.
The Leeds-based developer and investor will upgrade the 1960s-built scheme, with new retail frontages along Merrion Street, including frontages for new tenants fast-food retailer KFC and Coral bookmaker, which take occupation in November.
The refurbishment will also include improved frontages for two vacant units and offices above the scheme.
Work will be completed by the end of this year.
