Manchester-based HOW Planning has been appointed by Land and Lakes (Anglesey) to design a leisure and residential scheme in Holyhead, Anglesey.
Two planning applications will be drawn up for the 370-acre Penrhos Leisure Village. The first will be for a 62-acre residential development and the second for a 308-acre leisure scheme comprising holiday homes, retail, restaurants and sporting facilities.
