Dental service provider Integrated Dental Holdings has agreed to occupy a 18,000 sq ft headquarters office building in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
IDH will relocate from Bolton’s Sunset Business Park into a Europa House at Europa Park, owned by a subsidiary of GE Capital. It will pay a rent of £7.50 per sq ft.
The lease on the property was assigned by construction company Bethell and the building will be refurbished by IDH.
Rupert Barron, director at Colliers International Manchester, which acted for IDH, said: “This is one of the largest office deals in the Bolton area so far this year and we were obviously delighted to facilitate the move for IDH and secure a new home for this increasingly successful business.”
