SEGRO announced today that it has signed up Atos and Grant Thornton to its IQ Winnersh office development near Reading.
IT services company Atos has taken 47,200 sq ft, while accountancy firm Grant Thornton has taken 12,000 sq ft.
Meanwhile, business intelligence software company QlikTech has taken 3,200 sq ft. This means that SEGRO has leased a total of 62,400 sq ft at IQ Winnersh in the past two months.
Gareth Osborn, SEGRO’s business director responsible for the Thames Valley, said: “The combination of a prime location in the south east of England, state of the art buildings, good amenities and excellent transport links is the key to attracting global companies to IQ Winnersh.”
