David Wilson Homes has been granted planning consent for 271 houses and 14 flats in north Liverpool.
The firm will build the homes on a 19-acre site in Easby as the next phase of a scheme which forms part of the government’s Housing Market Renewal initiative.
The site contains 1970s housing and cleared plots.
