Three tenants have signed leases on Terrace Hill Group’s Bristol-based Brabazon Office Park.
Project manager Morson Projects has taken 4,725 sq ft on a five-year lease at £16 per sq ft, Dimension Software has acquired 2,482 sq ft at £15.50 per sq ft rent on a 10-year lease and Spires Engineering has taken 1,820 sq ft on a five-year lease at an initial rent of £15.50 per sq ft.
The 45,000 sq ft office block in Filton is now 78% occupied.
Alder King and BNP Paribas Real Estate are the letting agents on the remaining units.
