The government has published a list of thousands of council and public-sector bodies’ assets that should be scrutinised for sale.
The Department for Communities and Local Government has urged the owners to sell the assets that include restaurants, shops, golf clubs, pubs, hotels, theatres, leisure centres, stables and football clubs.
