Former Berkeley Group director Tony Carey is pursuing the property developer for unfair dismissal following his shock departure last year.
Carey, who was a director for 17 years, was ousted as head of the key London regeneration division, St George. He received a £497,444 payoff, the latest annual report shows. He has “initiated proceedings” for an Employment Tribunal hearing.
