Plans for the redevelopment of the former Gales & Co Brewery site in Horndean have been approved by East Hampshire district council.
The scheme will comprise 74 houses, a 60-bed care home, offices and a surgery set across 4.6 acres.
The plans, which have been in preparation since 2008, were submitted by Fullers, which acquired Gales & Co in 2005, and Burton Bargate Properties.
James Cleary, managing director of Pro Vision, the planning agent for the scheme, said: “It delivers physical, visual, social and economic benefits in the area.”
The developers said they intended to move quickly with the scheme’s development.
