Orchard Street Investment Management has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as letting agent on Three Spires shopping centre in Lichfield.
Cushman & Wakefield will act jointly alongside Rowley Hughes Thompson.
The 180,000 sq ft shopping centre is let to more than 40 retail brands, including M&S Simply Food, Argos and WH Smith. There are four shops available to let ranging from 500 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft.
Rob Alston, partner at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “We will be actively looking to help improve the tenant mix by attracting quality new retailers.”
