JLL replaced at One Park West


Grosvenor has appointed property sales and management company Kingston Shaw Residential to replace Jones Lang LaSalle as agent for its One Park West scheme, adjacent to the Liverpool One development.


The Cesar Pelli-designed One Park West is a 17-storey building comprising 326 flats, plus offices, restaurants and cafes. Grosvenor plans to revamp its marketing drive to complete on the remaining 111 flats at the scheme.


King Sturge, now part of Jones Lang LaSalle, had worked on the sales and lettings of the building’s units since it was initially marketed in 2008.


Guy Butler, projects director at Grosvenor, said: “The appointment of Kingston Shaw Residential will give our clients an extremely high level of customer service and an enhanced insight into the building, its features and unique location. For a long time Kingston Shaw has been involved with the design of some of the apartments and their passion for the project shines through.”
