London & Stamford Property has completed the £14.89m financing with the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, for the Essex Tesco shed it acquired last month.
The facility was arranged by Laxfied Capital. The 275,000 sq ft Harlow warehouse is let to Tesco for a further 12.5 years.
In August, L&S signed an agreement on the asset for £22.9m – a 7.5% yield.
