Pinewood Group has appointed Lambert Smith Hampton to scour the market for tenants to prelet 400,000 sq ft of floorspace at the iconic Pinewood Studios.
The studio site, which is home to 300 businesses in the film and television industry, has planning permission for four buildings which are expected to attract occupiers in the media sector.
Tony Fisher, national head of office agency at LSH, said: “There is a severe lack of grade A stock in the Thames Valley, and Pinewood’s development will be one of only three new business locations planned in the area.”
