Cranford restaurant scheme approved

 


The Bhalla Zucker Partnership and development manager Salmon Developments have secured planning consent for a new restaurant scheme in Cranford, near Heathrow.


The former White Hart pub will be redeveloped to create two single-storey restaurants and a new 48-space car park.


The 2,000 sq ft and 4,200 sq ft buildings have been let to Eurogarages, which will operate three franchises – Burger King, Subway and Starbucks on a 15-year lease at a rent of £215,000 pa.


Construction of the £3m project will start in November and is due for completion in early 2012.
