Coventry-based developer Loades has appointed niche agent Bromwich Hardy as letting agent on the first speculative industrial development in the city for four years.
Work has started on site on the 14,000 sq ft first phase of the 250,000 sq ft EcoParc development located close to Junction 3 on the M6.
This initial phase will comprise starter units of between 1,400 to 3,000 sq ft.
The scheme will also be the first new industrial development in Coventry to provide electric charge points for vehicles.
Loades chairman and managing director Rob Loades said: “We are committed to phase one on a speculative basis and hope that it is not long before suitable tenants are found.”
