Peel Holdings and Barratt Homes have submitted a joint planning application for a housing scheme on land near to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The developers plan to build 268 homes on a 19.2-acre site at Speke Hall Avenue in the south of the city. The plans include two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
In July, Peel and Barratt formed a strategic partnership to develop schemes on a number of sites in the North West and Yorkshire, with a potential end value of £200m.
