BlackRock UK Property Fund has put its building at 55 Victoria Street, SW1, up for sale, seeking offers in excess of £35m.
The 57,090 sq ft comprises 49,468 sq ft of office space, accommodation for the National Westminster Bank, and retail units.
A £35m price tag is thought to have been placed on the eight-floor property, most of which is let to the Secretary of State for Transport until June 2012, for £2.3m per annum.
The bank is leasing 5,336 sq ft for a term of 99 years until December 2085 at a passing rent of £108,000 pa. The next review is due in December 2011 and every five years thereafter.
