Metrotel has sold the Premier Inn Hammersmith hotel and Ravenscourt Arms pub at 255-257 King Street, W6.
The former office tower was sold to a private investor off a guiding price of £10m.
The 119-bedroom Premier Inn generates more than £650,000 pa and the Ravenscourt Arms, a Punch Taverns’ public house attached to one side of the hotel, creates additional income.
Gerald Eve leisure partner Nick Barber which advised on the sale said: “The market continues to demonstrate a strong appetite for this kind of well let and well located hotel property both from institutions and private investors. Many investors are particularly attracted by Premier Inn’s strong brand and growth story for London.”
