Viridian Housing has purchased the long leasehold and freehold interest of 33,925 sq ft Colwell House, at 376 Clapham Road, SW9.
The office, retail and residential block is understood to have been acquired for £8.2m from Burleigh Estates.
Savills advised Viridian, and the vendor was represented by Hanover Green.
