Roxhill Developments has been named as the new joint venture development manager for Delta Properties’ Central Park warehouse scheme in Bristol.
Roxhill will assume its new role with immediate effect, replacing Goodman UK Logistics, which has held the role at the 640-acre Severnside site, since January 2010.
Goodman UK Logistics will continue to manage the construction of the CHEP UK unit at Central Park, which will be operational in the second quarter of 2012.
GVA and Knight Frank will remain joint letting agents for the scheme.
