The £550m senior debt behind Westfield’s £1.45bn Stratford City shopping centre has been syndicated to seven lenders.
The joint lead arrangers, Eurohypo, HSBC and Crédit Agricole, have concluded a co-ordinated syndication of the senior debt to Aareal Bank in London, AXA REIM SGP on behalf of its clients, Bayern LB, MetLife, Credit Foncier, Deutsche Pfandbrief Bank and Santander.
