Legal & General Property has completed a new anchor letting to Dixons Retail at its Regents Place retail park in Loughborough.
The shop will provide more than 22,250 sq ft of reconfigured retail space – almost double its representation on the park – and will trade as the Currys PC World superstore format. Works started on site on 22 August and will be finished in time for the Christmas trading period.
Existing tenants at the park include ScS, Carpertright, KFC and Carphone Warehouse.
