Kames Capital and Capella Estates have appointed agents to secure prelets for 27-29 Market Street in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
Rents of over £30 per sq ft are expected to be sought for the 78,000 sq ft offices, due for completion in spring 2013.
Savills and Strutt & Parker are joint agents on the scheme.
