F&C REIT Asset Management has let two floors of office space at OneTwoFive Princes Street in Edinburgh to the Chartered Institute of Housing and legal practice MBM Commercial.
Following its relocation from 6 Palmerston Place, CIH is to take the 4,987 sq ft 4th floor as its head office in Scotland. CIH has agreed a 10-year lease at an annual rent of £98,500 pa.
MBM Commercial will also base its head office in the building, taking the 3,940 sq ft 5th floor on a 15-year lease.
Daniel Plummer, head of regional offices at F&C REIT, said: “We are prepared to look at a number of ways of structuring an incentive package for the right interest in the remaining two floors.”
