University of Leeds is selling its student accommodation site Bodington Hall as a residential redevelopment opportunity.
The 1,150 student beds site on Otley Road will shut in 2013, with students being housed in the university’s other 18 properties.
DTZ has been instructed to sell the site as a redevelopment opportunity with space for approximately 150 houses.
The 20-acre site is expected to fetch more than £10m.
