St Modwen has won consent for the third phase of its £100m Longbridge Technology Park, which forms part of the £1bn regeneration of Longbridge town centre in Birmingham.
The phase comprises a 21,000 sq ft office building, known as Three Devon Way. The scheme will sit next to the 31,000 sq ft Two Devon Way office block and 45,000 sq ft Innovation Centre.
St Modwen will not build the third phase until a prelet is secured.
Hednesford-based St Modwen is targeting technology-led businesses for the development.
