George Soros’ Open Society Foundation has taken 19,000 sq ft on floors seven, eight and part of nine. The firm paid £35 per sq ft for a lease until March 2026, with breaks in 2019 and 2022.
In addition, two other firms collectively took 11,000 sq ft at the building.
Elsewhere, Wedding TV has signed for 1,880 sq ft on the third floor of Langham Estates’ 16-17 Little Portland Street site, W1, for £26 per sq ft on a five-year lease.
The History Channel’s parent company, A&E Television Networks, has signed a five-year lease on 2,454 sq ft at Berkeley Square Holdings’ Berkeley Square House, W1.
DeVono advised the Open Society Foundation, Wedding TV and AETN International.
