British lifestyle brand Cath Kidston has become the latest addition to Christopher Place shopping centre in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Cath Kidston has signed a 10-year lease to occupy a 1,600 sq ft shop at Hermes Property Unit Trust’s 86,200 sq ft shopping mall. Christopher Place is now 100% let.
Cath Kidston will be located below The White Company, which expanded its presence at Christopher Place earlier this year and committed to a further 10 years.
Ben Tolhurst, asset manager at Hermes Real Estate Investment Management, said: “Christopher Place is a key HPUT asset that has performed very well since its acquisition. Recent figures demonstrate a close to 40% uplift in footfall year on year. We continue to invest in the centre.”
