Cushman & Wakefield white collar-boxer Ollie Slack has retained his title after triumphing over shipping broker James Mathias for a second year running.
Slack, of the City investment team and known by many as “The Berkeley Bomber”, beat Mathias at last month’s Boodles Charity Boxing Ball, helping to raise £130,000 for charity in the process.
The white-tie ball was attended by a veritable “Who’s Who” of British royals and socialites, with Pippa Middleton and Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie among some 850 glamorous guests.
Proceeds went to Starlight, supporting seriously ill children, and the Lt Dougie Dalzell MC Memorial Trust, which supports those injured in the armed forces.
