Plans to redevelop the former Post & Mail offices and print works in Birmingham were given the go ahead this week.
Chatham Billingham Investments has won detailed consent for the first phase of the mixed-use development, which sits close to Snow Hill station.
The initial phase will include the partial demolition of the existing 160,000 sq ft building to street level, with new levels created to provide an 800-space basement car park.
The 500,000 sq ft second phase will be built on top of the first and could include offices and a mix of a hotel, restaurants and as many as 125 flats.
