Countrywide Residential Lettings has made its 11th acquisition this year, with the purchase of Benjamin Oliver Estates’ lettings portfolio.
The Derby-based business buy is the latest in a string of acquistions, including Sheffield-based Mike Jolly Estates and Lincoln-based Lighthouse Properties.
John Hards, co-managing director of Countrywide, said: “Countrywide is experiencing a phenomenal year of growth both organically and through acquisitions. We are delighted to have extended our lettings footprint with an average of one new acquisition per month this year, with further expansion in the pipeline.”
