Hermes Real Estate Investment Management is seeking tenants for Allsop’s former headquarters at 27 Soho Square, W1.
Almost one year since Allsop left the building in favour of 33 Wigmore Street, the 8,265 sq ft it occupied in the building is now being marketed at £65 per sq ft. An extra 4,907 sq ft will also be available from June 2012.
Crossland Otter Hunt and Edward Charles & Partners have been appointed to sign new tenants to the building.
