Osborne King aims to repeat success

Irish auctioneer Osborne King will hold its second sale of 2011 on 8 December, following its return to the sector after an absence of more than four years.

The event, at Belfast’s Holiday Inn, will feature 24 commercial, residential and development lots with reserves of between £5,000 and £175,000.

Among the lots is a partially built block of three flats in Cloughmills, reserved at £5,000. A development site of circa 6.9 acres in Irvinestown, which has consent for 58 houses, has a maximum reserve price of £175,000.

The firm’s September sale achieved a success rate of 93%, with 25 of 27 lots selling.
