United House Group has won the bid to redevelop the Oasis centre in Waterloo, SE1.
Oasis, a registered charity, has named the developer as its preferred partner to transform its 0.45-acre Westminster Bridge Road site.
United House will draw up plans to create a new and expended development to house offices, shops and cafés for charities based at the Oasis centre.
Oasis offer affordable rents in London to voluntary organisations. It charges £21 per sq ft and a £18 per sq ft management charge.
The partners will now begin discussions with the community, stakeholders and Lambeth council to develop a scheme for the site.
