Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver has agreed to open a new flagship store at the Pears Group’s and LaSalle Investment Management’s Notting Hill Estate, W11.
Oliver will open a 5,000 sq ft, double-height Recipease food and kitchen shop at 92-94 Notting Hill Gate. The chef has agreed a 15-year lease on the building. Quoting rents for the block are understood to be around £300,000 pa. Recipease has two other outlets – in Clapham Junction, SW11, and Brighton, East Sussex.
Jonathan Rose, group managing director at Pears, said: “We are delighted to attract the excellent brand of Jamie Oliver to Notting Hill Gate.” Recipease is scheduled to open next summer.
