Serviced Office Group has completed a trio of lettings in London and Hemel Hempstead.
The company has now fully let its flagship 40,000 sq ft property at 22 Long Acre in Covent Garden, WC2, following conversion and refurbishment work over the past year.
It has also secured two occupiers for the recently completed second floor of its leased property at 7 Hanover Square, W1. International strategy consulting firm Kaiser Associates and recruitment specialists Witom Group are taking a combined 2,700 sq ft of space.
HSBC is taking the remaining 21,000 sq ft at the BT office complex, which Serviced Office Group is managing in Hemel Hempstead.
