SEGRO’s IQ Winnersh in Berkshire has secured IT business Savvis as a tenant.
The firm has taken 23,000 sq ft at 230 Wharfedale Road on a five-year lease. It is believed to be paying £24 per sq ft.
It joins other computer-related occupiers on the park, including Microchip and Norbain.
