Barnet Homes has appointed affordable housing firm Lovell to refurbish and upgrade 15,000 homes as part of a £103m deal.
The Morgan Sindall Group subsidiary will conduct refurbishment and electrical work on the Barnet council-owned properties over 10 years.
The upgrade in north London will begin in April 2012.
