Sony DADC UK has struck a deal to take three floors at Lothbury Investment Management’s 20 Rathbone Place, W1.
The electronics giant will take 20,000 sq ft at the 42,543 sq ft building. It is believed to be paying £50 per sq ft on a 15-year lease.
Sony DADC had some offices at its distribution centre in Enfield, north London. However the property was destroyed by fire during rioting in August.
DTZ and Monmouth Dean represented Lothbury. Jones Lang LaSalle advised Sony.
